You can delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains exactly how — and tells you what we keep when we have to, and why.

01Overview
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and any account you hold with us at any time, free of charge. This page explains what we delete, what we must keep (and why), and how to make a request.
This page satisfies the App Store account-deletion requirement (Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v)) and the right to erasure under Article 17 of the GDPR.
02Request Deletion by Email
To delete your account and personal data, send a request to da.sped.m.doo@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
To help us locate your data and verify the request, please include:
- The name of the app you used
- The email address associated with your account (if any)
- Your username or display name in the app (if applicable)
- Optionally, the approximate date you created the account
For privacy and security, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on file before we proceed.
Account deletion is permanent. Once the request is processed, we cannot recover your account, content, purchase history, or settings — even if you sign up again with the same email.
03What Gets Deleted
When your request is processed, we permanently erase the following from our production systems:

04What We May Need to Keep
Some information must be retained, even after account deletion, because the law obliges us to keep it. Where this is the case, the data is moved to restricted, access-controlled storage and is not used for any other purpose.

We never use retained data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the legal obligation that requires us to keep it.
05Data Held by Apple
Some data related to your use of our app is held by Apple, not by us — for example, your App Store purchase history, in-app subscription receipts, and information tied to your Apple ID. We cannot delete data that lives in Apple's systems.
To request a copy or deletion of data Apple holds about you, use Apple's own privacy portal: privacy.apple.com.
06Third-Party Processors
When you use one of our apps, a small number of trusted processors may handle data on our behalf — typically for crash reporting and analytics. When we delete your account, we also instruct these processors to delete the corresponding records:
- Apple App Analytics — anonymous, aggregated by Apple; not linked to individuals
- Crash reporting (e.g. Apple's built-in crash service or Firebase Crashlytics) — diagnostic logs tied to a device identifier
- Cloud hosting providers — encrypted storage for app backends, where applicable

07How Long It Takes
We aim to act on every deletion request as quickly as possible. The typical timeline:
- Within 72 hours — your account is disabled and you are signed out of all devices
- Within 30 days — your data is permanently erased from our production systems and forwarded to processors for deletion
- Within 90 days — encrypted backups containing the data are overwritten as part of normal backup rotation
Under GDPR, we will respond to your request within 30 days. In rare, complex cases we may extend this by a further two months and will let you know in writing if that happens.
08After Deletion
Once deletion is complete, we have no way to restore your account or content. If you decide to use the app again later, you'll need to create a new account from scratch.
You will receive a final confirmation email when the process is finished. If you don't hear back within 30 days, please reply to your original request — your message may have been lost in transit.
09Complaints
If you believe we've mishandled your data or your deletion request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. In the EU/EEA, you can find your local authority via the European Data Protection Board: edpb.europa.eu.
